What is a UV Board? 

The primary raw materials are calcium powder and PVC, with a higher proportion of calcium powder for added rigidity. Production Details & Installation Guide for UV Marble Sheets

Step 1 – Prepare the Substrate Ensure the bottom layer is confirmed, clean, and completely dry. The surface must be level. Remove all dirt and debris. Use gypsum board or magnesium plate as the base layer – it should be smooth and waterproof.

Step 2 – Marking & Positioning Mark and position according to the decoration size and bottom line shape.

Step 3 – Apply Double-Sided Tape Adhere double-sided tape at fixed positions and press firmly. Usage: Approx. 3.3 m² per roll for walls, 4.3 m² per roll for ceilings.

Step 4 – Apply Adhesive Glue Cut the hose glue bottle nozzle to the size of a cigarette (approx. 7mm opening width). Squeeze glue alongside the tape positions in a wire-bound pattern. Usage: Approx. 0.5 units per m² for walls, 0.6 units per m² for ceilings.

Step 5 – Remove Tape Backing Strip away the separation paper from the double-sided tape.

Step 6 – Bond the Decorative Panel Within 10 minutes, bond the decorative panel to the fixed position. Press firmly by hand along the tape areas to ensure full adhesion. Do not move or re-bond once placed.

Step 7 – Maintenance Allow 1 day of curing time for the adhesive glue to fully set.
